CANCELLATION AND REFUND

At Mind Soul Haven, we are committed to providing the best possible experience with our mental health services, tarot readings, and other wellness offerings. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

Refund Eligibility
 

We value your time and strive to provide the best possible service. To ensure clarity and fairness for all clients and therapists, the following policies apply to session adjustments and refund requests:

1. Payment Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring the correct service is selected and paid for at the time of booking.

2. Session Adjustments

If a session needs to be moved or adjusted to accommodate a client’s urgent request, the therapist’s time will be considered utilized once the session begins, regardless of the duration.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not provided for sessions that have been initiated, even partially, as the therapist’s time and effort are dedicated to preparing and conducting the session.

If a booking error occurs, clients may request a credit or partial refund for the unused portion of the session, subject to management approval.

4. No-Show and Late Arrivals

If a client fails to attend or arrives late for a session, no refunds or credits will be issued for the time missed.

5. Dispute Resolution

In cases of disagreement, we aim to provide an equitable resolution. Clients may reach out to our support team, who will review the circumstances and offer a fair compromise where possible.

By booking a session, clients agree to these terms. This policy ensures that the time and effort of our therapists are respected while maintaining flexibility and fairness for all clients.

  • Refunds can be requested for orders up to 3 days from the date of your payment. Approval from management is required.
     

  • After 3 days from the payment date, refunds are not eligible.
     

How to Claim a Refund

  1. Provide Proof of Purchase: To process your refund, we need a receipt, proof of purchase, or the registered email ID used during the purchase.
     

  2. Active Payment Method: The credit or debit card used for the purchase must be active. If the card has been canceled, processing a refund may become difficult.
     

  3. Refund Timeline: After we process your refund request, it may take up to 10 days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.
     

  4. Confirmation and Waiting Period: Once you receive confirmation that your refund has been processed, please allow 5-7 days for the amount to appear in your account.
     

  5. Bank or Credit Card Inquiries: If you do not receive the refund amount within the specified time frame, contact your bank or credit card provider for assistance.

Wellness Services: For other services such as numerology sessions or personalized plans, the same 3-day refund policy applies. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to address any concerns you may have.
