Refund Eligibility

1. Payment Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring the correct service is selected and paid for at the time of booking.
2. Session Adjustments
If a session needs to be moved or adjusted to accommodate a client’s urgent request, the therapist’s time will be considered utilized once the session begins, regardless of the duration.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are not provided for sessions that have been initiated, even partially, as the therapist’s time and effort are dedicated to preparing and conducting the session.
If a booking error occurs, clients may request a credit or partial refund for the unused portion of the session, subject to management approval.
4. No-Show and Late Arrivals
If a client fails to attend or arrives late for a session, no refunds or credits will be issued for the time missed.
5. Dispute Resolution
In cases of disagreement, we aim to provide an equitable resolution. Clients may reach out to our support team, who will review the circumstances and offer a fair compromise where possible.
By booking a session, clients agree to these terms. This policy ensures that the time and effort of our therapists are respected while maintaining flexibility and fairness for all clients.

Refunds can be requested for orders up to 3 days from the date of your payment. Approval from management is required.
